Shawn Danoski is a successful entrepreneur who started the company in 2001 with six employees. A premier contractor for McCarran International Airport, the company’s work is a landmark on the Las Vegas strip and as far North as Ely, Nevada. Danoski Clutts’ success was recognized when the company was named Contractor of the Year in 2010 by the Associated General Contractors. In his current role, Shawn directs the company’s strategic planning.

A Las Vegas native, Shawn enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Amber and his two energetic sons Erik and Alex. They often travel to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm and any other amusement parks the boys can find. While at home the family enjoys spending time serving their church and community. Shawn also enjoys racing dirt bikes, snow skiing, coaching youth baseball, ATV’s and fishing.

Shawn’s community outreach gained recognition by the Governor of Nevada as he was appointed to the 2010 – 2013 State Commission on Construction Education.

Bryce Clutts has a diverse background in construction, specializing in commercial and industrial development. A native of Las Vegas, Bryce provides the leadership that successfully positioned the company as one of the top general contracting firms in Southern Nevada. Bryce directs all construction efforts within the firm overseeing legal affairs, contract management, customer relations and operations.

Bryce and his wonderful wife Tonya have three beautiful children, Aubrianna, Austin and Andrew. In his spare time Bryce enjoys watching his children compete in soccer, football, basketball, rodeo and English Equestrian events. He also coaches youth sports and participates in community organizations.

Mr. Clutts also enjoys spending time serving at church, hunting, fishing and riding horses with his family.

Bryce is a hands-on leader whose philosophy is to lead by example.

Catherine Granger, CCIFP

Controller And Human Resources

B.S. in Accounting, University of Nevada, Las Vegas

Catherine GrangerMs. Granger is responsible for development and operation of all accounting functions and risk management for Danoski Clutts Building Group. She has over 14 years of accounting experience and is amongst only seven Nevadans to hold the prestigious designation of CCIFP (Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional).

Catherine has a menagerie of exotic pets hanging from a 9-year old miniature Pinscher named Emma to a thoroughbred descendant of the Triple Crown winner Seattle Slew named Slewpie. She also has an Arabian/Paint named Apache and an Arabian/Thoroughbred officially called Graceful Raindrop, but known as Gracie. She also has two good-looking 10-year old labs; Bridger is a yellow lab, and Charlie is a chocolate lab. Personal hobbies include crafts, scrapbooking and softball.

Ms. Granger also enjoys volunteering at the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation’s Camp Cartwheel.

Charlie Stewart

Lead Estimator

As lead estimator for the company, Charlie is responsible for pre-construction services, design input and leadership for design build projects, preparation and coordination of estimates on large and complex projects. Charlie works with owners and contractors to resolve technical matters during negotiations and contract execution. He also supervises staff members within the Estimating Department.

Charlie has a new bride Trista, a son Cooper and a daughter Sydnee. In his spare time Charlie enjoys airplanes, motorcycles, science, economics, politics and construction related activities. Personal hobbies include flying, riding, reading and spending time with his family.

Dale Swinn

Director of Field Operations

As Director of Field Operations, Mr. Swinn supervises jobsite processes, manages client relations in the field and oversees implementation and maintenance of safety procedures. A Nebraska native, Dale has been a Las Vegas resident for over 40 years. His extensive background includes both commercial and residential construction with emphasis on schools, churches, shopping centers, hotels & hospitality work and government projects.

Dale enjoys scuba diving, flying airplanes and ultra-light aircrafts, hot air balloon rides, sky diving, riding ATV’s, hiking and camping. He also appreciates cruises to Mexico, South America, Central America and the Caribbean.

Mr. Swinn also enjoys serving his church and has been working with the Boy Scouts of America for over 35 years. One of his most memorable experiences with the organization was a bicycle ride from Salt Lake City to Las Vegas with over 40 participants. Dale has a new bride Katie, is a proud Father of 6 and a very proud Grandfather of 13 with one more on the way!
