Shawn Danoski has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, performing extensive work in the commercial and industrial markets. Principal of Danoski Clutts Building Group and native to Las Vegas, Shawn founded the company in 2001. In his current role, Shawn directs the company’s strategic planning.
Shawn is a Board Member of the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation, the UNLV Industry Advisory Board for Construction Management Programs, the Canyon Ridge Christian Church Building Committee, and Calvary Community Church Building Committee. He is also an Allied Member with the American Institute of Architects, the Nevada Development Authority and Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. His community outreach gained recognition by the Governor of Nevada as he was appointed to the 2010 - 2013 State Commission on Construction Education.
Danoski Clutts Building Group received the Corporate Citizen Award from the Associated General Contractors in 2007. Shawn also received the “40 Under 40” Award from In Business, Las Vegas for 2008. Shawn was a Vistage member from 2008 - 2009. The company was also recognized in 2009 as one of the fastest growing companies by Inc. magazine.
Bryce Clutts

With over 15 years of experience, Bryce Clutts has a diverse background in construction, specializing in commercial and industrial development. A native of Las Vegas, Bryce joined the firm in 2002 as Operations Manager and was named partner and manager in 2004. Bryce oversees and directs all construction operations. Bryce is Treasurer for the Board of Directors and serves on the Finance and Audit Committees with the Girl Scouts of Frontier Council. He is a member of the Board of Directors, President’s Advisory Committee, Government Affairs Committee, and Michael T. Martin Scholarship Committee for the Associated General Contractors of Las Vegas. Bryce is also a member of the Business Advisory Council at Faith Lutheran Jr/Sr High School. Bryce has also participated as a member of Vistage since 2007.
With double digit growth each year since the company was founded, Danoski Clutts Building Group was awarded the 94th position in Entrepreneur Magazine’s Hot 500 Companies for 2007, Nevada Entrepreneur Award from In Business in 2008 and one of the top fastest growing companies by Inc. magazine for 2009. Bryce also received the “40 Under 40” Award from In Business, Las Vegas for 2008.
Catherine Granger, CCIFP

Ms. Granger is responsible for development and operation of all accounting functions and risk management for Danoski Clutts Building Group. Ms. Granger has over 14 years of accounting experience and holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She also holds the designation as CCIFP (Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional).
Ms. Granger is an active member with the Las Vegas Chapter of the Construction Financial Management Association and performs in the role of President for the Las Vegas chapter for the 2009- 2010 year. Ms. Granger enjoys volunteering at the Nevada Childhood Cancer Foundation’s Camp Cartwheel and the dances held by Opportunity Village for its clients.

Mr. Ursem is responsible for the marketing, sales, public relations, and publicity of Danoski Clutts Building Group. With over fourteen years of development experience, Mr. Ursem holds of B.A. with a double major from California Lutheran University.
Mr. Ursem is an active member with the Southern Nevada Chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties; Las Vegas Chapter of the American Institute of Architects; Las Vegas Chapter of the Associated General Contractors; Southern Nevada Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors; and the Nevada Chapter of the US Green Building Council.
